Designation-  Tekla Precast Modeller / Detailer
Qualification-B.E. (Civil) / Diploma
Experience- 3 to 5 Yrs.
 

Broad Responsibility

• A Tekla Precast Modeller is responsible for creating detailed 3D models, GA Drawings, Erection Drawings, and Shop Drawings of precast structures using Tekla software.
• Develop accurate 3D models, including rebar modelling, for precast structures.
• Generate detailed construction and production drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections, and reinforcement details.
• Prepare precast erection drawings, production drawings, hardware drawings, and material lists.
• Review project documents to identify conflicts, missing dimensions, and insufficient information.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control and assurance checks on drawings and models.

Designation-  Precast CAD Detailer
Qualification- B.E.(Civil) / Diploma / ITI
Experience- 3 to 8 Yrs.

Broad Responsibility

• To create, modify, and refine detailed technical drawings based on the conceptual designs provided.
• To ensure that all measurements, scales, and materials are accurately represented in the drawing.
• To update the drawings to reflect any changes or adjustments to the original plans.
• To provide detailed sections, elevations, and views of components that are crucial for construction, such as reinforcement details, connections, etc.
• Ensure compliance with standards & codes.
• Conduct self-checks to verify that all drawings are in accordance with internal quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• May be given the responsibility of client co-ordination
• Prepare Precast Shop Drawings
• Can Handle work Management of junior team Member’s

Designation-  Rebar CAD Detailer

Designation - Steel Detailer (AutoCAD / CAD)

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Broad Responsibilities:

•  Use CAD software to create detailed drawings.
•  Responsibilities Expertise in Steel structural detailing using AutoCAD for industrial projects, such as warehouses, Industrial Plants, factories, PEB.
•  Prepare detailed steel drawing, plan, elevations, typical connections.
•  Ensure fundamental knowledge of drawing a fasasd fixing, gutter fixing, roof sheeting, and MEP equipment arrangements.
•  Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to accurately interpret the structural requirements and components for the project.
•  Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve any discrepancies, conflicts, or modifications to design requirements during the detailing process.
•  Conduct thorough reviews and checks on the completed drawings to maintain high-quality standards and accuracy before submission for approval.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.

Designation : Senior Steel detailer (AutoCAD/CAD)
Experience: 5 – 7 years

Broad Responsibilities

• Responsibilities Expertise in Steel structural detailing using AutoCAD as well as TEKLA for industrial projects, such as warehouses, Industrial Plants, factories, PEB.
• knowledge of fasasd fixing, gutter fixing, roof sheeting and MEP equipment arrangements.
•  Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to accurately interpret the structural requirements and components for the project.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve any discrepancies, conflicts, or modifications to design requirements during the detailing process.
•  Ensure that all shop drawings comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and regulations to guarantee structural integrity and safety.
•  Conduct thorough reviews and checks on the completed drawings to maintain high-quality standards and accuracy before submission for approval.
•  Coordination with Fabricators Collaborate closely with fabrication teams to communicate design specifications, provide clarifications, and address any on-site issues.
•  Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural steel detailing technologies, software, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and precision in the detailing process.
•  Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.
•  He/she can handle CAD and Tekla detailing Team.
