He has an advanced diploma in Computer Science from C DAC, Pune and has a passion for automation and standardization. With over 32 years of expertise, the last 19 years have been developing business modes for "offshored" Civil/ Precast Engineering jobs
CHARUDATTA KULKARNI
Charudatta holds a Master's Degree (M.E) in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Structural Engineering). He has more than 28 years of experience, out of which the last 19 years have been, spent exclusively for "off shored" (US) Civil and Precast Engineering jobs. Charudatta is Philanthropic, and has excellent organizational skills that keep the PPS family in good spirits!
AJIT JOSHI
Ajit is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch.) and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. With over 30 years of extensive experience. His expertise spans architectural design, project management, business strategy, and market positioning, making him a dynamic leader in the industry. Ajit's strategic vision and deep industry knowledge continue to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.
RAJENDRA KULKARNI
Rajendra is a gold medalist from VJTI and has done M-Tech from IIT Mumbai. He has more than 30 years of experience in RCC design, structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), reinforced concrete and precast concrete. He also possesses expertise in structural audits and software-based estimations. Besides being a conventional design solutions provider, he is extremely competent and delivers complex design solutions in the construction of pre-engineered buildings.
DHANANJAY BHOSALE
Dhananjay holds a Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Structural Engineering & Construction Management. He has more than 30 years of experience in core structural design activities and has provided solutions to various sectors like infrastructure, residential, IT and ITES with complex and conventional solutions. He is fully conversant with all stages of design including structural audits and proof checking.
RAMESH RASKAR
Ramesh is a distinguished alumnus of the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering. With over 28 years of extensive experience, he has excelled across diverse domains, including Architectural Design, Structural Steel, MEP, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and the Oil & Gas sector. His expertise and leadership continue to drive innovation and excellence in our organization.
